Belecara – The Cosmetic Surgery Center of Maryland project consisted of a complete redesign and renovation of the 17,500 SF space. The office includes a spa, medical clinic and surgical center. The surgical area consists of two Class C operating rooms, sterile core, Pre-Op and PACU rooms as well as two procedure rooms. The medical clinic has a dermatologist, podiatrist and eye doctor that utilized the associated exam/procedure rooms. The spa area includes a manicure/pedicure area, locker rooms, lounge areas and treatment rooms. This location also includes retail space, a conference center, administrative space (including doctor’s offices, marketing and accounting departments), a break room, shipping/receiving area and a laundry room.
