The project involves new residential building with 80 affordable and market rate apartments . The 90,000 SF building will be designed and constructed using modern and sustainable materials and will be one of the first buildings in the Transit oriented neighborhood. As an associate architects with Peter Filat Architects, Colimore was responsible for all the interiors unit layouts and public spaces in the building.
