Rockville Maintenance Complex

ATI, provided comprehensive programming, master planning and architectural design services to the City of Rockville for the Maintenance Complex, which houses the Dept. of Recreation & Parks and is the operation of the facility, to improve the services and meet the needs for the next 20 years. This project serves as the core maintenance facility for City of Rockville Department of Public Works, Recreation & Parks, and Golf Course Maintenance. The 16 acre site was designed to include administration, vehicle Maintenance, Vehicle/Equipment Storage, Golf Course Maintenance, vehicle Washing, Salt Dome, and Salt Truck Storage.

During the comprehensive mater planning exercise the existing circulation patterns were evaluated, providing a second means of access to the facility, controlling the vehicle movement within the site, and provide additional parking for County vehicles, trucks, and employee vehicles, and a new storm water management pond.
