In order to make efficient use of a limited space warehouse, Colimore Architects designed a 17,000 SF addition that utilizes a pallet storage rack and forklift system for the optimal storage of bulk material and ready for sale items.
To create observation decks and utilize the existing space, part of the building was renovated into office spaces for the Property Department of NIST.
