Colimore Architects is providing architectural services for the renovation of this two-story high school including classrooms, library, cafeteria, gymnasium, and administrative offices to support approximately 1,006 students and 102 staff members. The project, totaling 186,520 SF includes the replacement of the existing roof, windows, HVAC, classroom additions, ADA upgrades including compliant toilet rooms, chairlift, ramps, and elevators, floor replacement, kitchen and serving line modifications, technology upgrades for wi-fi access, security, door entry control/video upgrades and new finishes throughout. the design solution removed an existing remote 22,00 SF wing and added two new consolidated additions. This and the redesign of the existing window wall re-imagined the building.
